Brief JD:

We are hiring a Learning & Development Specialist to drive employee learning initiatives and capability-building programs. The role involves identifying training needs, designing and delivering learning programs, managing LMS platforms, and measuring training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify skill gaps.

Design and implement L&D programs and learning journeys.

Coordinate internal and external trainers.

Manage LMS, training calendars and learning records.

Track training effectiveness and employee participation.

Develop learning content and support leadership development initiatives.

Prepare L&D reports and track key metrics.
