3. Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
4. Answering all questions about the company, and understanding customer requirements and close sales.
5. Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
6. Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into customers
7. Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines.
8. Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
