Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

a. Should be Graduate.

b. Should possess good communication skills.

c. Typing skills not required.

d. Should possess sharp listening skills.

Job type: We have both work from office as well as work from home. There will be online training for work for the home of outside Bangalore candidates. There will be training at the office for the candidates of work from home of Bangalore candidates.

Minimum technical requirements for work from home are:

1. Laptop / desktop.

2. Headset (Microphone is not required for headset).

3. Internet connection with good speed, at least 4 Mbps speed and preferably a wired connection (broadband).

4. software to be installed.

5. We will help with other software’s required to work on the process.

Shift Timings: PM to AM. •

Salary is entirely on Variable pay that is based on number of valid leads generated by you. •

Working days: Monday to Friday; Saturday and Sunday Week off. •

Training: You will be on initial 2 working days of unpaid training.
