key responsibilities: demand & lead generation
visit electrical shops, retailers, contractors, and construction sites to generate product awareness.
identify and qualify potential buyers, influencers (electricians, site engineers), and channel partners.
promote company products in assigned territory.
collect and share market intelligence on competition, pricing, and schemes.
daily sales reporting (dsr)
submit daily visit reports, including dealer/customer feedback, leads generated, and site updates.
maintain data of electricians, builders, and contractors in the area.
track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation performance.
field activation & relationship building
conduct electrician meets, contractor visits, and on-site branding activities.
coordinate with local dealers/distributors for product availability and sales push.
support in executing local btl (below-the-line) activities like board installations, banner placements, and scheme awareness.
education:
any diploma and graduate (bba/bcom/ba)
experience:
1–3 years of experience in field sales / demand generation / lead generation
preferred industry: electrical products , building materials (tiles, adhesive, laminates, pipes, plywood, doors, bathwares etc.)
