Position: US Lead Generation Voice Process Agent

Join our team at Galactic Client Services, a leading BPO company, as a US Lead Generation Voice Process Agent! We are currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team and help us deliver exceptional services to our clients.

As a US Lead Generation Voice Process Agent, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and bringing in new potential clients for our US-based clients. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses and individuals in the US, promoting our client's products or services, and capturing their interest to set up appointments or further sales discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

-Utilize provided scripts and resources to make outbound calls to potential clients in the US

-Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor

-Explain product or service offerings and answer any questions from potential clients

-Collect and record necessary data from each call, such as contact information and potential sales opportunities

-Use persuasive techniques to capture interest and set up appointments for our clients

-Meet or exceed daily and monthly lead generation targets

-Collaborate with team members and contribute to team goals and initiatives

-Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of our client's products or services

-Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

-A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a call center or BPO environment

-Excellent communication and listening skills

-Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients over the phone

-Strong persuasive and negotiation skills

-Self-motivated and able to work independently

-Ability to handle rejection and remain positive in a high-volume call environment

-Proficiency in using CRM software and tools

-Flexible to work in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends if required

-Must have a high-speed and stable internet connection

-Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with a neutral accent
