the position is for a legal advisor for a real estate company with projects in raigad district.

-the candidate must have extensive experience in drafting and dealing with senior councils.

-the candidate must have the confidence to appear before revenue authorities and city civil courts.

-the candidate must be able to conduct detailed legal research and provide recommendations to the legal team and management regarding findings.

-knowledge of revenue law, tilr, civil matters and general real estate law is pls must.

-candidate must be able to draft and finalize agreements, conveyance/sale deed, leave and license agreements and development agreements.

-the candidate must be a hard and diligent worker.

-the candidate must be well versed with microsoft word and excel.

-preference will be given to candidates who have worked in raigad.
