About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Laptop Technician with strong knowledge of troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing laptops. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience and be located near the Malad area for easy commute.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair hardware & software issues in laptops.

Perform upgrades, part replacements (RAM, SSD, motherboard, screen, etc.).

Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems & essential software.

Conduct routine maintenance and ensure timely delivery of repaired systems.

Provide customer support and technical guidance when required.

⚠️ Important: This role includes field work and on-site customer visits. Candidates should be comfortable travelling for field service and customer support.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a laptop/IT technician.

Strong understanding of laptop hardware, OS installation, and troubleshooting.

Ability to identify technical issues quickly and provide effective solutions.

Good communication skills and customer handling ability.

Candidate should be located near Malad (Mumbai).
