ï‚·Configure SIP trunks, extension mappings, IVRs, ring groups, voicemail, and call flow
ï‚·Troubleshoot VoIP-related issues: call drops, registration failures, QoS issues
ï‚·Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
ï‚·Use tools like PRTG, Nagios, or SolarWinds for infrastructure monitoring
ï‚·Respond promptly to network/system alerts and perform root cause analysis
ï‚·Emergency Support:
ï‚·Be available 24x7 for critical support, emergencies, and planned maintenance windows
ï‚·Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
ï‚·Documentation:
ï‚·Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of configurations, SOPs, and change logs
ï‚·Communication:
ï‚·Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and project implementation
ï‚·Provide clear updates to stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor��s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
ï‚·Certifications (Preferred):
ï‚·Cisco CCNA/CCNP
ï‚·Microsoft MCSA/MCSE (Windows Server)
ï‚·Fortinet NSE or other firewall certifications
Experience: 3��5 years of relevant hands-on experience in infrastructure and network support
ï‚·Technical Proficiency:
ï‚·Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 networking
ï‚·Hands-on experience with managing firewall rules, VPN tunnels, and access policies
ï‚·Experience managing Active Directory & GPOs
ï‚·Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning
ï‚·Soft Skills:
ï‚·Excellent verbal and written communication
ï‚·Team player with a problem-solving attitude
ï‚·Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies with calmness and precision
