Shift Timing :- 9-hour Rotational shift, between 9am and 9pm & 1 Rotational off will be provided on rotational basis between Monday-Sunday

Salary Up to: 3,50,000 (Based on Last drawn Salary)

Key Responsibilities:

· â–ª Conduct live video calls with customers for KYC verification

· â–ª Verify identity documents and match them with the customer on video

· â–ª Ensure compliance with RBI and internal KYC guidelines â–ª Address customer Queries Professionally

· â–ª Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with onboarding queries

Job Description: As a Video KYC Executive, you will be responsible for conducting real-time video verifications of customer identities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing a smooth onboarding experience.

· â–ª Candidate will be hired for 1-year contract on Bank’s payroll.

· â–ª Candidates will be required to work in 9-hour Rotational shift, between 9am and 9pm

· â–ª 1 Rotational off will be provided on rotational basis between Monday-Sunday

Experience and other requirements

· â–ª Up to 1yr Previous experience in a VKYC/customer service or KYC-related role.

· â–ª Familiarity with banking Process

· â–ª Strong communication skills in English & Hindi is must with regional language is preferable

· â–ª Comfortable using digital tools and video conferencing platforms.

· â–ª Immediate Joining is preferred
