key responsibilities:

- prepare ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and dicing

- assist cooks and chefs with food preparation and cooking

- follow recipes and menu guidelines

- operate kitchen equipment, such as ovens, stoves, and dishwashers

- store and rotate food supplies

- assist with plating and garnishing dishes

- maintain high food safety and hygiene standards

- collaborate with other kitchen staff to meet service deadlines

requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in a kitchen environment (or related field)

- high school diploma or equivalent

- food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)

- excellent teamwork and communication skills

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment

working conditions:
