We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in delivering high-quality vegetarian dishes and maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist chefs in basic food preparation, chopping vegetables, and organizing ingredients.

Help in serving dishes, preparing accompaniments, and assembling thalis.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness, wash utensils, and sanitize surfaces.

Assist in organizing and storing ingredients and inventory properly.

Support the preparation of desserts, sweets, and bakery items as instructed.

Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene and safety protocols.

Be available for morning and evening shifts as per kitchen schedules.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of kitchen operations (experience preferred but not mandatory).

Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior chefs.

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Familiarity with hygiene and cleanliness standards in food service.

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Preference given to candidates from nearby areas (within 50 km).
