Kindergarten Teacher (Freshers) Mohali

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be a female with a degree, and 0 to 3 years of experience in early childhood education. This full-time position requires you to work from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Lesson Plans: Create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate early learning and curiosity among children.

- Conduct Classes: Teach children in a fun and interactive way, encouraging participation and promoting a love for learning.

- Assess Student Progress: Monitor and evaluate each child’s development and learning through observations and assessments, and provide feedback to parents.

- Create a Safe Environment: Ensure that the classroom is a safe and welcoming space, where children feel comfortable to explore and express themselves.

- Communicate with Parents: Regularly update parents on their child’s progress and conduct meetings to discuss any concerns or achievements.

- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work with other teachers and staff to create a supportive teaching environment and share best practices.
