Job Description

- **Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts**: Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.

- **Manage key accounts**: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and offering solutions to any issues that may arise.

- **Drive sales growth**: Work towards increasing sales and revenue from key accounts through effective account management strategies and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

- **Monitor account performance**: Track key account performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.

- **Collaborate with internal teams**: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any customer concerns promptly.
