we are looking for junior level executive (work from home)

key responsibilities

 prepare and maintain schedules, reports, and presentations.

 coordinate with multiple departments for session scheduling and daily operations.

 ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and communication.

 work extensively with ms excel, word, and powerpoint for data management and

reporting.

 support management with data compilation, analysis, and process improvement.

required skills /qualifications:

 proficiency in ms office tools (excel, word, powerpoint) is essential.

 strong english communication skills—written and verbal.

 excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.

 comfortable working in a computerized, online environment.

 typing proficiency and a professional work approach.

 ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

 familiarity with ai tools will be an added advantage.
