JR ENGINEER - Full Time

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Technical Support

Assist senior engineers in daily engineering and operational activities.

Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering projects.

Prepare technical documents, reports, drawings, and work instructions.

Conduct inspections and monitor equipment, machinery, and process performance.

Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing corrective actions.

Production & Process Improvement

Monitor production processes and help ensure operational efficiency.

Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and Lean practices.

Collect and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities.

Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve departmental objectives.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company quality standards and engineering procedures.

Participate in quality inspections, audits, and corrective action activities.

Follow safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to engineering activities.

Project Coordination

Support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments as required.

Track project progress and update supervisors on assigned tasks.

Assist in preparing project schedules, budgets, and status reports.
