Prepare creditors due payment list

Payments of MSEB, Telephone Bills

Release payments of creditors as per approval

Bank statement update

Filling of bills and other documents accordingly

Follow up for payment recovery

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial

statements

Assist with reviewing of expenses and others as assigned

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.

Bank reconciliation, TDS calculation, GST preparation and reconciliation
