Jewellery Sales Executive

Presenting and selling of Diamond Jewellery products / services using well-mannered communication skill to existing and prospective customers.

• To sell Jewellery items (Gold / Diamond) in the showroom.

• Handle walk-in customers & understand their needs

• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts

• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives

• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

• Maintain sales targets

• Reach out to customer leads through follow up.

• Coordinate sales effort with team members.

• Cross selling products and upgrading customer's budget.

• Explain selling scheme to the customer

• Knowledge about counter sales and stock reporting.

• Maintaining accurate records.
