Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, assess their requirements, and guide them through selecting the perfect gold, diamond, or precious stone jewellery. Product Knowledge: Educate buyers on product quality, certifications (., hallmarking), pricing, and proper jewellery s & Targets: Actively work to achieve or exceed individual and store sales e & Stock Management: Assist with daily inventory counts, properly arrange showcase displays, and maintain strict loss prevention and safety omer Service & Admin: Process payments, manage billing documentation, and coordinate with internal teams for services like resizing, cleaning, and eting & Exhibitions: Support promotional events, assist the marketing team with exhibitions, and build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.
