We are looking for a dedicated Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team in Balasore. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, along with a passion for jewellery and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, understanding their needs and preferences to help them choose the perfect pieces of jewellery.
2. **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the jewellery products we offer, including materials, styles, and current trends, to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
3. **Sales Goals**: Work towards achieving monthly sales targets by promoting jewellery collections and suggesting add-on items to enhance customer purchases.
4. **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring the display of jewellery is always appealing and well-organized, and reporting any inventory issues to management.
5. **After-Sales Support**: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, address any queries, and encourage repeat business.
