We are seeking a motivated Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team in Angul, India. This role requires someone with a passion for jewellery and a knack for customer service to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
The key responsibilities include:
- **Customer Engagement:** Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and guide them through their purchase journey, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- **Sales Achievement:** Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting jewellery collections, upselling items, and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a thorough understanding of the jewellery products offered, including materials, craftsmanship, and trends, to answer customer inquiries and offer tailored recommendations.
- **Inventory Management:** Assist with stock management by ensuring displays are well-organized and inventory levels are monitored and reported regularly.
- **After-Sales Support:** Provide exceptional post-sale support by addressing customer concerns, facilitating returns or exchanges, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and experience in retail sales, ideally in the jewellery sector. A positive attitude, enthusiasm for jewellery, and customer-focused mentality are essential. Candidates should be able to work effectively in a team environment while also taking initiative to drive their sales performance. A minimum of a 12th-grade education is required, alongside 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
