Team Lead - Java

job profile: we are looking for team lead with experience of more than 5 years who can work as an independent contributor and comes with a strong java software development background having experience in developing robust java applications. exposure to bfsi domain would be an advantage.

roles & responsibilities

must have experience :

- min 5 years of strong experience in java/j2ee technologies

- core java, struts / spring (ready to work on struts)

- experience with web application environment like eclipse, tomcat

- experience with devops tools like git/svn, maven

- knowledge of oops concepts, multi-threading, design patterns

- mentor developers, team members on architecture topics (., issues, directions, guidelines, etc.).

- assist programmer in debugging, coding, testing and quality control activities.

- code review

- understanding of brd, fsd documents

- quality development output

- exposure to bfsi domain would be an advantage.

nice to have experience (any three) :

- web services (soap and rest) and api integration.

- json, swagger and postman

- experience on junit

- ui/ux designers having knowledge of advanced javascript, jquery

education & certification

bachelor’s / master’s degree in an engineering stream

or

mca with a post graduate diploma / degree from reputed institution
