The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating lathe machines and producing precision components.Key Responsibilities:- Set Up and Operate Machines: You will set up lathe machines based on technical drawings and specifications to ensure the manufacturing process runs smoothly.- Precision Measurements: You will use measuring tools like micrometers and calipers to check the dimensions and ensure that the components meet the required specifications.- Quality Control: You will inspect finished products for defects and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.- Maintain Equipment: You will be responsible for regular maintenance and cleaning of lathe machines to ensure they work efficiently and safely.- Troubleshooting: In case of machine malfunctions, you will identify issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments based on standard procedures.- Collaborate with Team Members: You will work closely with fellow team members to coordinate tasks and share knowledge for efficient workflow.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a vocational training in turning and operate machinery effectively.
