job summary
we are seeking a dynamic and experienced it recruiter to join our team. this role requires strong individual contribution, advanced it sourcing expertise, and client relationship management. the ideal candidate will drive revenue through strategic recruitment efforts, fulfill client requirements efficiently, and build long-term client partnerships.
key responsibilities
1. team coordination (internal team coordination)
coordinate with internal teams including recruitment, sales, delivery, and operations for smooth workflow.
facilitate clear communication for understanding requirements, profile submissions, and interview scheduling.
update internal stakeholders on recruitment progress, challenges, and closures in a timely manner.
2. individual contribution
manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for mid to senior-level it roles.
use various sourcing channels: job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
conduct detailed technical and hr screening to ensure high-quality candidate delivery.
3. technical expertise
source and hire across multiple technologies, including:
sap (all modules): abap, fico, mm, sd, hcm, pp, basis, bw/bi, crm, successfactors, ariba, grc, ewm, s/4hana, etc.
oracle (all modules): oracle apps technical, fusion, financials, scm, hrms, ebs, oracle cloud, etc.
programming & other it skills: java, python, .net, react, angular, full stack, devops, cloud (aws, azure, gcp), data engineering, testing, cyber security, networking, ai/ml, dba roles.
stay updated with latest it trends and market insights to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
4. client coordination & relationship management
act as primary client point of contact for understanding hiring goals and project needs.
collect, analyse, and prioritise client requirements to ensure timely closures.
coordinate regularly with clients for updates, feedback, interviews, and candidate status.
build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
anticipate future hiring needs and offer strategic recruitment solutions.
5. requirement handling & fulfilment
own client requirement gathering and document detailed jd specifications.
deliver high-quality profiles aligned with client expectations across various technology verticals.
maintain accurate trackers, reports, and client dashboards.
collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution and client satisfaction.
6. revenue generation
drive revenue growth through fast tat, quality closures, and meeting client expectations.
achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring revenue targets.
strengthen client engagement to maximise repeat business.
