We are seeking a talented and experienced MEAN & MERN Stack Developer proficient in MongoDB, , Angular, , React Native, and to join our team. As a MEAN & MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust solutions while adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Qualification: Btech / Any degree

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers at Suthra Technologies Pvt Ltd. in Vijayawada, providing technical guidance and support in software development.

2. Architect scalable and efficient solutions using MongoDB, , Angular, , React Native, and .

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

4. Design and develop robust backend and frontend applications, ensuring high performance and usability for Suthra Technologies Pvt Ltd.'s projects.

5. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to maintain code quality.

6. Manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of milestones for Suthra Technologies Pvt Ltd.'s clients.

7. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development, and incorporate them into projects as needed at Suthra Technologies Pvt Ltd.

8. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management at Suthra Technologies Pvt Ltd. in Vijayawada to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. 4+ years of experience in software development, with proficiency in MongoDB, , Angular, , React Native, and .

3. Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects from conception to delivery.

4. Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.

5. Experience in implementing and optimizing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

6. Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

9. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
