IT Support Executive Required in Hong Kong Under Qmas Visa

key responsibilities:

1. provide technical support to users: assist employees with it-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions to ensure seamless operation of systems.

2. install and configure hardware and software: set up new equipment, install necessary programs, and ensure all systems are functioning correctly.

3. maintain network and server infrastructure: monitor network performance, identify issues, and maintain servers to ensure optimal operation.

4. conduct system upgrades and updates: stay informed about the latest technologies and implement upgrades to improve efficiency and security.

5. resolve technical issues promptly: respond to helpdesk requests, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

6. document it processes and procedures: keep detailed records of it activities, document troubleshooting steps, and maintain inventory of equipment.

7. collaborate with it team: work closely with colleagues to address complex issues, share knowledge, and contribute to team projects.

required skills and expectations:

1. diploma in it or related field.

2. 3-9 years of experience in it support roles.

3. strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.

4. experience with network infrastructure and server maintenance.

5. excellent communication and customer service skills.

6. ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

7. proficiency in documenting processes and procedures.

8. familiarity with itil practices is a plus.
