Responsibilities:

End-User Support: Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users in Nashik via phone, email, in-person, and remote access, addressing hardware, software, network, and application issues.

Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common business applications.

Network Support: Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi issues, and VPN access.

System Administration (Basic): Perform basic system administration tasks such as user account management, password resets, and software installations.

IT Infrastructure Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure components, including servers, network devices, and backup systems.
