Position: IT Recruiter (Work from Office)

Location: Bangalore, Bannerghatta

Working Days: 6 Days (9:30 am -6:30 pm)

Qualification: GRADUATES.

We are looking for ambitious, result-oriented candidates with excellent communication skills to join our growth-oriented, passionate team of HR Recruiters.

Roles and responsibilities :

1-2 yrs of experience in IT recruitment

Liaising with stakeholders to determine recruitment needs.

Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments if required.

Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or call interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.

Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.

Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.

Help in Employee on boarding process with client.

Other HR operations.

Maintain employee files and records.

Ensure compliance with Labor regulations.
