Responsibilities

• Handling the end to end recruitment cycle

• Collecting the documents of the selected candidates and completing the verification process

• Sourcing of candidates profiles from various sources such as Referrals (both internal and external), Resume database, Job portals(Naukri, Job street, Seek, Monster, LinkedIn)

• Doing basic level screening of resumes

• Obtaining necessary Basic Details from Candidates

• Negotiating with candidates upon salary

• Take consent through Email from candidate once done with Negotiation Prepare candidate CV as per client templates.

• Sharing profiles with the senior panel for review and taking feedback

• Schedule interviews once resume is shortlisted by clients and end-clients.

Interested Candidate can share their resume.
