Our technological process of development is built according to Scrum/ Kanban.

Now we are searching for an IT Recruiter (India) to join us.

Tasks:

manage recruiting process and close from 3 to 5 different job openings;

communicate with the internal clients on job openings;

use creative methods to search, source, and screen candidates;

find and engage potential candidates;

act as a sourcer and an interviewer, make a pool of candidates;

create job openings on different job boards;

review candidates’ CVs and portfolios;

give feedback to candidates.

Requirements:

minimum 2 year of IT recruitment experience;

fluent English;

proven result-focused ability to close job openings on your own;

wide knowledge and high experience of recruiting and sourcing tools and resources.

Conditions:

remote work 8 hours per day;

location: remote;

Living in India

probation period: 3 months;

payment once a month in USD;

Performance Review: once or twice a year;

paid annual leave and holidays are according to the USA Official Holiday Schedule:

Salary: $600-$1000 + bonuses (per month)
