➢ source talent from multiple channels like linkedin, job boards,
social media, referral etc.
➢ create compelling job descriptions, insightful interview
questions, and update job ads to attract the right candidates.
➢ identify passive candidates through research, networking, and
talent mapping.
➢ innovate hiring practices by using new methods or channels.
keep a lookout for talent available in the market and plan
accordingly
➢ keep track of metrics on a weekly/monthly basis for reporting to
the management
➢ coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews and
take feedback
