We are seeking an IT Recruiter to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in recruiting IT professionals. This is a full-time position that requires working from our office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Source Candidates**: Use various platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates for IT roles.
- **Screen Resumes**: Review and filter resumes to identify candidates who meet the job requirements and possess the necessary skills.
- **Conduct Interviews**: Arrange and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for the company culture.
- **Coordinate with Hiring Managers**: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs for each position and update them on recruitment progress.
- **Manage Candidate Experience**: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely communications and feedback.
- **Track Recruitment Metrics**: Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate quality, and report on these to improve hiring strategies.
