We are seeking a dynamic and energetic IT / SAP Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and the ability to manage internal and staffing hiring needs. This role is based at our Financial District office at Prestige Skytech, Hyderabad, and requires full-time office presence.
€¢ 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
€¢ Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
€¢ Proficient in Excel and experience using ATS tools for recruitment tracking.
€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
€¢ Ability to work energetically and proactively to meet staffing needs and recruitment goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
€¢ Experience in IT/SAP recruitment is highly preferred.
€¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple open positions.
Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
€¢ Create job postings, screen resumes, and identify top talent that aligns with job requirements.
€¢ Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess the candidate€™s suitability for the position.
€¢ Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
€¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
€¢ Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including negotiating offers and maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions.
€¢ Act as the face of the organization, representing the company€™s brand to potential candidates.
€¢ Flexibly manage internal staffing hiring needs, as well as sourcing for IT/SAP positions.
