IT Hardware Engineer (2-5 Years)

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Hardware Installation and Maintenance:** Install, configure, and maintain hardware components like servers, desktops, printers, and networking equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- **Troubleshooting and Repair:** Diagnose hardware issues and provide timely repairs or replacements, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.

- **System Upgrades:** Assess current hardware systems and execute upgrades as needed to keep technology current and efficient.

- **Inventory Management:** Maintain an organized inventory of hardware components and supplies, ensuring that necessary parts are available for repairs and upgrades.

- **Documentation:** Keep accurate records of hardware configurations, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting steps to assist in future support and planning.

- **Collaboration:** Work with other IT staff and departments to provide hardware support and ensure compatibility with existing systems.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in IT hardware engineering. A 12th-grade education is essential. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Good communication skills are crucial for collaborating with colleagues and explaining technical issues clearly. A willingness to continuously learn about new technologies is expected as technology evolves rapidly.
