Responsibilities

1. Network Administration:

- Design, implement, and manage local and wide-area networks (LAN/WAN).

- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize efficiency.

- Implement and maintain network security protocols and solutions.

2. Hardware Support:

- Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and hardware components.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues promptly to minimize downtime.

- Manage hardware inventory and procurement processes.

3. Server Management

- Administer and maintain servers, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.

- Implement server updates, patches, and backups to safeguard data integrity.

4. Data Security:

- Develop and implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.

- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

- Collaborate with the technical team to establish and enforce security policies.

5. System Maintenance:

- Ensure the seamless integration of hardware and software systems.

6. User Support:

- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, networking, and software-related inquiries.

- Offer training and assistance to employees on IT-related matters.
