Requirements and qualification:-
Strong analytical skills and ability to understand financial markets and investment products
A Bachelor's or Master degree must be required
Previous experience in financial services, banking, or investment advisory is preferred
Have an understanding and knowledge of financial processes and investment markets like Insurance, SIP and mutual funds etc.
Understanding of agent work culture in insurance companies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on generating results
