key responsibilities

- conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell our software solutions.

- develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.

- identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.

- creating database of potential prospects and clients.

- collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

- provide exceptional customer service and address any queries or concerns.

- stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

requirements

- proven experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the software industry.

- strong knowledge of software products and their applications.

- excellent spoken and written english communication skills.

- ability to engage and build report with clients over the phone.

- self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.

- proficient in using ms office applications.
