📞 Tele caller / Back Office Executive - Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tele caller / Back Office Executive to support our operations by handling customer calls, managing data, and ensuring smooth office coordination.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Tele calling Duties:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company services and job opportunities clearly
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Maintain call records and update CRM systems
Back Office Duties:
Maintain and update records, files, and databases
Handle documentation and data entry work
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
Assist in email communication and reporting
Prepare daily/weekly reports
🎯 Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi & English required)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
