**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Outbound Calling:** Reach out to potential clients across various countries, introducing our services and products to generate interest and leads.

- **Customer Engagement:** Build rapport with prospective customers by actively listening to their needs and providing information tailored to their requirements.

- **Lead Generation:** Identify and qualify potential leads by asking pertinent questions and understanding customer preferences during conversations.

- **Follow-Up Calls:** Maintain contact with prospects by making follow-up calls to ensure they have all the necessary information to make informed decisions.

- **Database Maintenance:** Keep accurate records of conversations and updates in our customer relationship management system, ensuring all information is current and detailed.
