Job Role:

Make outbound calls to UK clients.

Update and manage customer details in CRM software.

Follow up with customers and schedule appointments.

Maintain call records and daily reports.

Provide basic information and customer support.

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred.

Excel sheets , Email writing and handling

Good English communication skills.

Basic computer & CRM knowledge (training provided).

Comfortable with UK shift

Confident, polite, and target-oriented.
