key responsibilities
manage inbound and outbound voice calls and live chat support for international customers
accurately address customer queries and provide relevant product or service information
document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems
collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns
adhere to standard operating procedures, communication protocols, and quality guidelines
candidate profile
required skills:
excellent verbal and written communication skills in english
ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
basic proficiency in computer applications (ms office, email tools, etc.)
strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
willingness to work fixed night shifts (monday to friday)

previous experience in an international voice/chat process
