Opening For International Telecaller

As an International Telecaller, you will play a key role in connecting with potential clients and promoting our services to customers outside the country. Your communication skills will be vital in building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Make Outbound Calls:** You will contact potential clients in various countries to inform them about our services and offerings.

- **Answer Queries:** Address customer questions and concerns clearly and professionally, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions.

- **Generate Leads:** Actively seek out potential customers and gather their information to help build our client database.

- **Follow-Up Calls:** Check in with existing and potential customers to maintain relationships and encourage them to consider our services again.

- **Record Feedback:** Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services and the overall customer experience.

- **Meet Targets:** Work towards achieving daily or weekly call quotas and lead generation targets set by the management.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written. A confident and friendly attitude is essential for engaging conversations. You should be able to work independently and meet deadlines. Comfort with telecalling and an understanding of international markets will be an asset. Experience in sales or customer service, especially in a telecalling role, will enhance your performance in this position.
