Job Title: International Sales Specialist
Location: Bengaluru - HSR Layout (Work From Office)
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proven ability to drive sales, preferably in the edtech industry. You will be responsible for engaging with international clients, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with international prospects via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Sales (EdTech experience preferred)
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Comfortable working in night shifts
Must own a personal laptop
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Eligibility Criteria
Age: Below 32 years
Open to both experienced candidates with relevant sales exposure
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹ LPA
Incentives: Fixed incentives up to ₹4 LPA
Meals: Dinner and Breakfast provided
Work Mode: Work from Office (No cab facility)
