webvio technologies private limited is seeking an experienced international sales consultant to join our team in kolkata, west bengal.

job summary

we're looking for a sales expert to handle inbound calls from us-based clients, assist with travel bookings, and provide exceptional customer service.

key responsibilities

- handle 15-30 inbound calls daily from us-based clients

- assist clients with flight ticket bookings

- advise clients on the cheapest mode of commutation

- resolve all travel-related queries

- provide booking details to clients via email

what we offer

- competitive salary (18,000 - 30,000 per month)

- incentives up to 6 lakhs per month (average incentive 50k to 80k per month)

- 30 days of fully paid training

- flexible work schedule (10pm - 8am)

- 24 working days in a month, 2 paid leaves, 1 birthday leave, and 15 compensatory off

- encashment of pending leaves at the end of the year

eligibility criteria

- minimum 12th pass

- great proficiency in english communication (mandatory)

- 1 year experience in international sales process (mandatory)
