key responsibilities
handle international customer queries via chat and voice
understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
perform upselling and cross-selling
close sales and achieve assigned targets
maintain customer satisfaction and quality benchmarks
follow process guidelines and meet kpis

excellent spoken and written english
