Job Title1 - Import-Export and International Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
1. International Sales & Business Development
*Identify and target prospective clients in international markets to generate leads and drive
sales.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and expand market
presence.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing international clients.
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals with high profitability.
2. Import-Export Operations
* Handle complete import-export operations including documentation, customs clearance,
and logistics.
* Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.
* Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth delivery
cycles.
* Resolve issues related to customs discrepancies, shipping delays, and documentation errors.
3. Market Research & Analysis
* Conduct research on international market trends, competitor activities, and emerging
opportunities.
* Provide insights for strategy refinement and business growth.
* Compile reports on sales metrics, market insights, and process efficiency
4. Client Communication & Support
* Serve as the key point of contact for international clients, offering prompt and professional
support.
* Share product information, send quotations, and manage after-sales queries.
* Maintain accurate and updated client interaction records.
5. Documentation & Compliance
* Prepare and review shipping documents like invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
* Ensure adherence to trade laws, export-import compliance, and documentation standards.
* Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and tariffs.
Job Title - 2 - Tenders & HR
Stipend - Based on Performance
Duration - 6 Months
Location - Jayanagar - Bangalore
Key Responsibilities -
1. Tenders Management (Your Primary Focus):
* Prepare and submit tenders for government and private sector projects.
* Ensure compliance: Make sure all documents meet specifications and legal requirements.
* Coordinate with government departments and manage tender-related documentation.
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to support successful bids.
* Meet with different departments to ensure project success and secure orders.
2. HR Operations (Secondary Support Role):
* Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
* Help with recruitment efforts, posting job ads, and sourcing candidates.
* Participate in employee training and help with performance management.
* Be a point of contact for employee queries and help resolve HR-related issues
3. Documentation and Reporting:
* Organize and maintain tender and export documents efficiently.
* Track tender progress and employee performance through reports.
Qualification -
Graduates/MBA (Logistics and supply Chain Or International Business)
* Ensure the company stays compliant with both internal policies and external regulations
