We are seeking an experienced International Recruiter to join our team in Chandigarh. This full-time position requires a dedicated and skilled individual with expertise in human resources recruitment, specifically for international roles.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Candidate Sourcing:** Actively search for and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
- **Screening and Interviewing:** Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for international roles, helping to select top talent.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with company goals.
- **Market Research:** Research and analyze international labor markets to understand trends, competition, and the best practices in sourcing candidates globally.
- **Documentation Handling:** Manage all documentation related to hiring processes, including offer letters and contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with international hiring regulations.
- **Candidate Onboarding:** Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for international hires, including addressing relocation needs and helping them settle into the company culture.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree in Business Administration or PGDM. With 5 to 10 years of experience in recruiting, particularly for international positions, strong communication skills are essential.
