Job Description

As an International Customer Support Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your main responsibilities will include:

- **Responding to Customer Inquiries**: You will answer questions and resolve issues for customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring they feel valued and understood.

- **Providing Product Information**: You will assist customers by giving detailed information about our products and services, helping them make informed decisions.

- **Handling Complaints**: If a customer is unhappy, you will listen to their complaints, offer solutions, and follow up until the issue is resolved, maintaining a positive relationship.

- **Maintaining Customer Records**: You will input and update customer information in our system accurately, allowing for efficient service and follow-up.

- **Coordinating with Other Departments**: When a customer’s issue requires additional support, you will work with other teams to ensure a swift resolution.

To succeed in this role, you should have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A strong ability to listen actively and empathize with customers is essential. You should be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and have the drive to help others. Proficiency in English and familiarity with international customer service practices will be advantageous. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are equally important.
