- **Providing Product Information**: You will assist customers by giving detailed information about our products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
- **Handling Complaints**: If a customer is unhappy, you will listen to their complaints, offer solutions, and follow up until the issue is resolved, maintaining a positive relationship.
- **Maintaining Customer Records**: You will input and update customer information in our system accurately, allowing for efficient service and follow-up.
- **Coordinating with Other Departments**: When a customer’s issue requires additional support, you will work with other teams to ensure a swift resolution.
