Key Responsibilities:

Contact international clients to follow up on overdue payments.

Collaborate with team members and management to resolve payment issues.

Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and company policies.

Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
