JOB DESCRIPTION- INTERNATIONAL BD MANAGERï‚· Monitor effective implementation of international businessdevelopment activities.ï‚· Administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and marketdevelopment activities.ï‚· Analyze business strategies and develop improvement plans forsame to provide appropriate growth to business.ï‚· Manage all development process and ensure compliance togovernment policies and regulations.ï‚· Assist businesses to identify opportunities and develop strategicplans to enhance same.ï‚· Design plans to achieve all objectives and develop plans for newbusiness.ï‚· Train and provide guidance to staff members and businessdevelopment issues.ï‚· Coordinate with management team and maintain budgets andparticipate in every fortnightly conference.ï‚· Analyze business and review future prospective for same.ï‚· Manage all customer communication and maintain effectiverelationship with all.ï‚· Prepare and implement various capture methods for businessdevelopment.ï‚· Review competitor plans and effect of products and services inmanagement.ï‚· Prepare pricing strategies according to customer budgets andprocurement methods.ï‚· Maintain all communication with Director.ï‚· Evaluate market trends and provide appropriate support toproduct development.
