• identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients in latam, south-east asian, and african regions.

• new business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

• managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

• building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients

• registrations of products (as per respective country's regulators), if needed.

• tracking and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

• development and maintenance of rapport and relation with customers; handling customer queries.
