Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for international customers, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key international customers.
Order Processing and Management:
Process international sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment.
Manage order changes, cancellations, and returns in a professional and prompt manner.
Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Gather market research data and provide insights on international sales opportunities.
Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential international customers.
Communication and Coordination:
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers via various channels, including email, phone, and video conferencing.
Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and finance, to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in international sales meetings and events.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and maintain sales reports, including performance metrics and forecasts.
Track sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Fluency in one or more other languages relevant to international sales markets is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of international sales processes and procedures.
